Helichrysum Blend Essential Oil (Clary Sage [Salvia sclarea], Elemi [Canarium luzonicum], Roman Chamomile [Chamaemelum nobile], Idaho Tansy [Tanacetum vulgare], Birch [Betula lenta], Ylang Ylang [Cananga odorata]) assists in variety of issues including hearing loss, Tinnitus, blood pressure and blood clots, heart and liver issues, circulation, eczema, and scar tissue among others. May also assist in acne, allergies, anxiety, arthritis, bleeding, minor blood clots, minor bone injuries, bronchitis, bruising, dermatitis, circulation, coughs, hearing loss and sensitivity (also ringing), energy, fluid retention, gallbladder, heart, hives, inflammation, immune support, kidney, injured or torn ligaments, liver, lymphatic system, meniscus, nerves, pain, respiratory issues, spleen, sprains and strains, shock, tinnitus, varicose veins, virus, whooping cough, wounds.

How to apply: (T) Topical: dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil and almond oil are common carriers) and apply to concerned area. Please follow recommended maximum topical use level to avoid skin irritation. (D) Diffusion: can be used in a diffuser and inhaled. (I) Internal: suitable for internal use with proper guidance from health care or medical practitioner. NOTE: Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Maximum topical use is 2.5%. Never drop essential oils into the ear. Due to Idaho Tansy, when taken orally the daily maximum adult dose is 1/2 drop with no more than 3 drops per day. Exceeding these maximums may result in toxicity.

Contraindications for medical/health conditions: Contraindicated All Routes: Anticoagulant, Diabetes, Diuretic medication; Childbirth, Major Surgery, Peptic Ulcer, Hemophilia. Birch specifically contraindicated: Acetaminophen (oral), Anticoagulant (all routes), ADD/ADHD (topical, oral), Childbirth (all routes one week before and after), Epilepsy (limit 5-6 drops/day orally), Major Surgery (all routes one week before and after), Peptic Ulcer (all routes), Hemophilia (all routes). Birch: internal toxicity caution. Maximum daily oral dose is less than 0.2 ml. Exceeding maximum can cause ear ringing, nausea, vomiting, headache stomach pain, and confusion. Oral caution: GERD disease. Idaho Tansy contraindicated: risk of convulsions if exceeding maximum daily use recommendations. Recommended limiting oral use to 3 drops per day and dilution at 3% for topical use.
