How It Works
Our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems are what makes up our whole autonomic nervous system. The parasympathetic system is responsible for restoring our body back to a default mode of calm composure, and the sympathetic system is in charge of our fight & flight responses.
Both play an important role in our biological functions, but in modern day society, many people are functioning primarily in Sympathetic because of the high stress lives they lead. When a person stays stuck in Sympathetic (fight or flight), it takes a tremendous toll on the body and can lead to serious health problems.
By intentionally activating the parasympathetic nervous system with BioModulator® therapy, we can signal to our body to switch out of fight or flight (stress) mode and return to a state of equilibrium and healing.
