The BioModulator® Pro 2.1 includes four proprietary modes developed by Dr. Tennant. These modes include Assess, Ten-8™, Infinity™ and Automatic. This professional model also includes 60+ additional modes! This is Dr. Tennant’s original device and has been used by thousands of professionals and personal applications for over 14 years.

Unlike a traditional TENS unit that emits square waves without any true focus of energy, the BioModulator® emits curved waves to a targeted area which resonate better with the body. Oftentimes it takes longer to get results with square waves.

The BioModulator® has the capability of delivering these curved frequencies to the cells by first measuring the tissue through reaction and figuring out exactly what it needs. That way when the proprietary frequency developed by Dr. Tennant is introduced to a cell, it is measured perfectly for efficient healing. If the current was off by even a millionth of an amp, it can be the difference between the cells utilizing it or not.

The Tennant BioModulator® Plus offers a non-invasive, drug-free alternative, integrative or adjunctive medical treatment. It is painless. Treatment is conducted by placing the device directly on the skin or by using accessory electrodes that are available for purchase.

The Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator, more commonly referred to as a TENS unit is an electronic medical device that produces electrical signals used to stimulate nerves through unbroken skin. The TENS units are bombardment devices; meaning they are not capable of “knowing” or delivering the exact current that the cell(s) need. The BioModulator® has the capability of delivering current “frequency” to the cell(s) by first measuring the tissue through reaction. When current is introduced to a cell, if it is off even a millionth of an amp, can be the difference between the cells utilizing it or not.

As the device moves over the surface of the skin, the patient feels a tingling prickly sensation. Patients usually report that they experience an immediate reduction in pain and feel “energized” after a therapy session.

Additionally, the Tennant BioModulator® Plus has shown little to no side effects. Training will provide you with the opportunity to receive maximum benefits.

DO NOT use on a person with a pacemaker or other electronic implants. See Safety Precautions.

Treat your BioModulator® Pro like a mini-computer, do not drop it or expose it to water, and store it unplugged in a case when not in use. AA batteries are used to power the BioModulator® Pro and should be changed regularly to avoid corrosion. You can access the battery compartment on the back of the device by sliding off the plastic door.

Available Modes on the PRO

Press the menu navigation keys to select the desired operating mode. You may use the up or down buttons to scroll through the modes. When you have reached the mode you want you must select it with the middle button.

Left & Right Arrows – These buttons take you to sub-menu options for advanced users. Ignore these buttons if you are a beginner. The left arrow takes you to the Reaction option when you are using one of the following modes; Assess, Ten-8 TM, BT frequencies CH frequencies, individual frequencies and AVA™ modes. The right arrow takes you to the option of fine tuning your power settings. This lets you increase the power using baby steps.

Assess Mode – “voltmeter”. Reads the voltage when placed on the skin. This is used to measure specific points on the body. Place the metal contact of the device on the skin to be measured. Device must remain still. Please refer to the quick start guide for a detailed explanation about what your reading means.

Ten-8™ – A therapy mode specifically developed for relief of chronic, intractable pain and for muscle and bone. Device does not have to be stationary; it can glide over areas of concern. This mode gives a voltage reading on the display. The sensation felt in Ten-8™ is consistent in intensity. The colored lights are indicating power level.

Infinity™ – A treatment mode designed for symptomatic relief of pain and for organs. Device does not have to be stationary; can glide over the area of concern. This mode does not read voltage. The sensation felt in Infinity™ starts out low then it increases. It goes from low to high in intensity. Use caution when turning up the power. Wait until the mode modulates to the higher intensity before applying more power.

Automatic – This is a two-phase mode: (1) Reads your voltage and then (2) Infinity™ therapy mode begins automatically and continues 1 minute. A series of beeps sound when therapy session ends. It will then take another reading, so you can see if there was any improvement. Either move and treat another location or remain stationary for the next treatment cycle. Use Automatic when you want to measure the voltage and immediately treat.

Power Settings

Adjusting the Power Levels – Press and hold down the (+) button to increase the power. You set the power to what feels comfortable. A slight tingle should be felt. It is better to use too little power (rather than too much). The cells will shut down if you use too much power. (This is not harmful but it is counterproductive.). Let children control the power themselves. Be sure to use low power for animals. When in Ten-8™ mode the sensation felt will be consistent in intensity. When in Infinity™ mode the sensation felt starts out low then it increases. It goes from low to high in intensity (use caution and increase power slowly).

Avoid Measuring Voltage When…

• The skin is hot and sweaty

• The skin is very dry

• You have not had at least 8oz. of water to drink in the last 30 min.

If you take readings under these conditions, they will not be accurate.

• If the skin is too dry the reading will be lower

• If the skin is sweaty the reading will be higher

– Don’t turn on if below freezing.
– Clean electrode only with a 70% isopropyl alcohol .
– Do not leave your device in a hot car in the summertime.
– Do not try to open your device; doing so will void your warranty.
– Electrode corrosion can occur If not cleaned regularly.
– Device can be damaged to the point of non-function if dropped on
– hard surface. (a protective carrying case is recommended)
– Device WILL be damaged beyond repair if dropped in water or liquids are spilled inside.
– The battery compartment slides off and on the device. Do not force the battery cover.
– Be careful when accessories are plugged into the port. Damage can occur inside the port if there is too much movement at the plug.
– Always unplug wires from the accessory port and store device in protective case.

NOTE: You must have a BioModulator® device to complete this protocol.

This daily protocol will help balance and prepare your body so it can properly receive and use the voltage provided by your BioModulator® device for healing. This is accomplished by waking up and “activating” your organ systems, resetting your polarity so electrons flow correctly, balancing your autonomic nervous system, and recharging your whole body.
